Health & Wellness Coaches support clients as they make lifestyle changes. Using a client-center approach, coaches work with clients to achieve behavior changes (set by themselves or their healthcare provider) that allow them to lead a more fulfilling, healthy life.

 

Or to say it more plainly: Reaching goals can be hard. Health & Wellness Coaches help break your goal into smaller, more achievable steps, help you focus on what really matters and help you find motivation when the going gets tough.

About

How does

Coaching Work?

All coaching sessions are virtual and hosted on a HIPPA compliant platform.

 

The first step is a free introductory session (20 minutes) where we can get to know each other and decide if Health & Wellness coaching is the right fit for you. From there we’ll meet six times over the next 6-10 weeks. Your first session will be an hour and after that each session will be 30 minutes.

 

In these sessions you’ll start to build a plan to achieve the lifestyle changes and goals that are important to you.
